I create authentic wellness videos for online courses, apps, and corporate programs.
What I can film:
Tai Chi (any level)
Qigong breathing & gentle movements
Yoga flows
Tai Chi Walking (gait instruction)
Senior Tai Chi (seated or slow-paced)
Styles I teach:
Chen-style Laojia Yilu (74 Form), Essential 18 Form, Sword 49 Form.
Production:
Indoor studio or outdoor nature backgrounds. Single videos or bulk series. Custom lengths welcome.
