Project / Process Engineer responsible for engineering and project execution of industrial thermal-processing systems, including indirect rotary kilns, calciners, dryers, cooling systems, gas-handling equipment, scrubbers, cyclones, filters and auxiliaries. Key responsibilities include process calculations, mass and energy balances, heat transfer, equipment sizing, P&IDs, technical specifications, equipment selection, vendor evaluation, RFQs and technical/commercial comparisons. I coordinate suppliers, fabricators, EPCM contractors and clients through FEED, detailed design, fabrication, procurement, FAT, shipping, installation and commissioning. I also prepare and review GAs, engineering reports, O&M documentation, commissioning procedures and technical correspondence, while developing Excel-based engineering models, project trackers, cost comparisons, data-analysis tools and AI-assisted engineering and automation workflows.
