I was quoted 80–120 calls over two days, but only about 68 were completed. I approved the delivery rather than escalate through customer service, but the service did not meet the expectations that were originally set.

My first experience which focused on discovery was great. The notes were detailed. The second which focused on securing a call with potential leads was shocking. Not worth the price. Vague notes with spelling errors. And she keeps upselling even after poor results.

I do not recommend working with Sydney. Honestly it’s a headache. I hired her to make prospecting calls and log the data. Unfortunately, the information she entered was incredibly vague. While she claimed that several prospects requested callbacks at specific times, she failed to log these critical details....

I hired her to do B2B cold calling. The results were quicker than I thought they would be. I’m waiting now on the results for when she follows up. I will be using her again on other projects.
