I think the mark of any good critic is their nose for picking up the specifics of what exactly works and what doesn't. A general hand wave of approval or disapproval may get across some worthwhile ideas but it's usually in the granular midst of the sifted through details where the good stuff lies. And Susan is an example of such a critic. Would reccomend!
