Perguntas frequentes
Will speeding up my store break my site's design?
No. I create a full backup of your theme before touching any code. All speed optimization is thoroughly tested on a draft theme before going live
How much will my store speed improve?
Most stores see a jump to an 80+ or 90+ score on desktop and mobile, significantly improving load times and user experience
Why is my Shopify store loading slowly?
The most common causes are uncompressed images, leftover code from deleted apps, un minified CSS/JS scripts, and heavy app widgets
Do I need Meta Conversion API (CAPI) if I have the standard Pixel?
Yes! Browser pixels miss up to 30% of data due to iOS updates and ad-blockers. Server-side CAPI ensures 100% accurate conversion tracking
Can you fix missing purchase events in Google Analytics 4 (GA4)?
Yes, I will fix broken Google Tag Manager tags and data layer issues so all product views, add-to-carts, and purchases track accurately in GA4.
Will I need to remove my active Shopify apps?
Only if an app is completely inactive or severely breaking site performance. I will clean up unused leftover app code first without touching essential apps
Do I need to give you my Google or Facebook password?
No passwords needed. You can grant me access by adding my email as a user/analyst in Google Analytics or Meta Business Manager.
How do I give you access to my Shopify store?
You can send a Collaborator access request or create a Staff account for me with restricted access to Themes, Apps, and Settings.
How quickly can this be completed?
Standard speed optimization and tracking fixes are usually completed within 24 to 48 hours once access is provided
Do you provide before and after speed reports?
Yes! Every order includes a detailed before-and-after PageSpeed report so you can see the exact speed increase
