I gathered and analyzed business requirements for B2B and B2C marketplace features, including product listings, checkout processes, and vendor onboarding. I translated business needs into clear user stories, BRDs, and FRDs with well-defined acceptance criteria to ensure alignment across teams. I conducted stakeholder meetings to capture requirements and align expectations, while also performing gap analysis to identify process improvements in marketplace workflows.
