Initially I joined here as a part-timer. Since there was a big time-zone difference between my place of residence and my work location. But as time goes the responsibility level increased so I had to turn it as a full-time employee. I was not sure should I add it in my resume or not but since it has been a while and also my relation with the company, I decided to add it. I did work with the following projects so far: Client: Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BM&DC) Online Payment Collection and Registration System for Medical and Dental Professionals. Fees and Accounts System for BM&DC Client: Secondary Education Development Program (SEDP) Web Site Design, Web-Based financial Report Module Grievance Redress System Client: PA Directorate, Bangladesh Army, Officer’s Recruitment Portal of Bangladesh Army with Online Payment Collection Client: MGO’s Br. Bangladesh Army Development of MGO’s Br. Automation Major Modules: Stores receive process for Central Depots, Ordnance Depots, Workshop and DOC. Store issue process for Units and Officers. LP Process for Central Depot and Ordnance Depot, Workshop and Unit. Store Provisioning Process for Central Depot. On the top level I was involved with all 7 layers of OSI model in those projects. In the implementation part my involvement was mainly focused on C# coding for REST API and SQL server part including the Optimization. This is a very short-term project. I have been working with the Box Tops for Education (BTFE) app with this project. The app allows participants to send their credit to different schools selected by them after purchasing any related product from any store. As a Tech Lead, I had deeper/closer understanding of customer's business problems and had to use technical abilities to address customer's challenges and issues with existing solutions. The basic work was with the APIs and Database tables. The hosting is on Azure. So far, I have implemented the following stories along with other stories: Tech Debt | Jenkins Deployment | Use latest build server 2019 for BoxTopsAPI: I had to update the Jenkins file to meet the requirement. BTFE | School not showing in App: Here I had to dig into to fins what is wrong and had to update the required Database tables to resolve the issue. Partner Integration | Update base Uri for staging, prod ClientID for OAuth URL , scope for OAuth Url: I had to update the parameters and implement the logic to determine when to fetch from which server. Back to School F24 | Add a BTSF24 confetti type. Update Promotion Message and Caption for Physical Receipts: Here I had to find out what needs to be done, finally had to update/insert three tables to fulfil the requirement. Worked on an AWS cloud-based Online Quotation System handling submission, referral, quoting, endorsement, and binding processes across Marine, PFR/Specialty, CAS, and CRM modules. Managed users with different access levels including Client, Broker, Underwriter, Admin, and Super Admin. Daily responsibilities included mailbox and feeds monitoring, SQL Agent jobs, Rapid7 vulnerability analysis, DevOps tickets, and production release activities. Acted as the primary technical contact for customer issues—troubleshooting problems, escalating to developers when necessary, and ensuring timely resolution. Key contributions: Analyzed and remediated Rapid7 vulnerabilities, marking false positives and deploying code fixes. Managed SSL certificate renewals, smoke testing, and compliance deployments. Performed database updates, including stored procedure changes and broker list migrations. Led migration from jQuery 1 to 3, making solution-wide code changes.
