I've spent the last 2 years doing full-cycle bookkeeping for North American clients inside a global financial process outsourcing setup — basically, I was the person behind the scenes keeping the books clean for businesses that never saw my face. QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage — I live in these tools daily. Bank recs, month-end close, payroll, W-2s and 1099s, milestone-based invoicing for service businesses. At one point I was juggling 20+ client accounts at the same time and somehow kept all of them audit-ready. I'm a QBO ProAdvisor and Xero Certified Advisor, and I'm also working through the IRS Enrolled Agent credential — so unlike most bookkeepers, I actually understand the tax side of what I'm recording, not just where the entry goes.
