 Performing my duties as Architectural CAD Draftsman by assisting Architects & Civil Engineers to develop their design concepts.  Prepare Architectural Shop Drawings Such as Block work, Floor / Wall / Ceiling Plans, Interior Detailing such as Patterns, Furniture, Skirting, Doors & Wall claddings, including sections & elevations.  Drafting and development of Structural & Pre-Cast, landscape drawings in line with urban planning, including infrastructure (MEP) and all master plan details.  Coordination with Architects, Reviewing the drawings before submitting for approval & coordination with other disciplines for the latest or updated shop drawings.  Responsible for design & drawings development.  Responsible for data collection (project feasibility)  Responsible for developing reports and plans for construction sites. Prepared sectional elevation maps.  Designed and prepared plans using computer-aided design and drafting (CAD) software.  Being aware of market & building materials, I have been able to come up with building / design solutions (Arch. Structural, Civil), including drawing alterations & amendments.
