Let me introduce myself first. I am a 3D printer user and a technician and also i have being working in the architrual aspect for more than 3 Years in designing, modelling, rendering and slicing for 3D printing. So i wish to provide the best to you.
I am here to support you to convert your 2D Floor plan into a 3D Model and i will make it ready for 3d printing.
If you have the 3D model with you, send it to me and i will prepare it for 3D printing (Scaling, Slicing, Repairing, Breaking into Parts etc.. )

What is the quality level you expect from 3D Printing a model?
Depending on the scale of the model the quality varies. And also it is important to print the parts separately and assemble at last.
Slicing model into parts before printing. What do you think?
Breaking the model into minor simpler parts will contribute for faster prints, less supports and improves quality. Slicing has to be done accordingly taking 3D Printers' process into an account. So if you haven't done it do not worry i will do the slicing part.
Have you selected a material to use and the color?
I would recommend you to use PLA or PETG. But the ideal material to use is PLA. Color is totally independent with quality and strength of the print. In case you are planning to color the model later, white is the best color to go with.
