How soon will I get my order?
I will deliver your order within 24 hours of purchasing, although I will deliver as soon as I can. Scripts over 1000 words might take longer than a day. If you want your order done FASTER, please purchase the "Extra Fast Delivery" gig extra.
Do you do revisions?
If I make a mistake by missing a word or mispronouncing one, I will take care of that quickly and free of charge. Second (and beyond) revisions for copy or style changes will be an additional charge. A "revision" is a 25 to 30 word retake.
Do I need Commercial Rights? ( THEY'RE INCLUDED! )
If the voice over is for BUSINESS purposes (and most are), Commercial Rights are REQUIRED per Fiverr rules, but they are already included in the price! Also, if the voiceover is for ADVERTISING (radio, TV, YouTube, Pandora, Facebook...or any other platform) then there are additional rights fees.
Why would I need "Full Broadcast Rights?"
If you intend to use the voice over in radio, television, and/or internet commercials - including any social media, you will need to buy the "Full Broadcast Rights" gig extra. This is a Fiverr policy. For more information see https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service#ownership.
What time zone are you in?
The time zone is Pacific (USA - California). I am located in Oregon.
Do you do voices or accents?
I have a standard western/mid-west American accent. English is my native language. Please note: If your script includes words that are in different languages, there I may not get the pronunciation right. Please contact me before you order so we can discuss the words.
What voice over styles do you offer?
I can record in any style you want. I can be happy, sad, upbeat, serious, easy going, next door neighbor, friendly, sincere, warm, conversational, or just about anything you might need. Check out my demos to hear some of my different styles.
What is "Extra Fast Delivery"?
The "Extra Fast Delivery" is an extra that sends your order to the front of the line, ahead of everyone else's. Customers who order the "Extra Fast Delivery" gig extra usually receive their orders in 12 hours or less.
How do you typically communicate with buyers?
You will receive a message from me shortly after I receive and review your script. If I have any questions during this process, I will send you another message and wait for your response. Then, I will get to work in my broadcast-quality studio producing your voice over!
Do you time sync audio narration to videos?
Yes, I do time sync my audio narration to your video. You will need to purchase the "Time Sync" gig extra for this service. NOTE: This is not an easy task and will add time and cost to your project, depending on how long the video is. Please contact me to set this up.
