I gained hands-on experience as an IT/Network Support Intern at CloudMtaani Solutions, where I supported the installation, configuration, and maintenance of ISP network infrastructure. My responsibilities included installing and aligning Ubiquiti and MikroTik wireless equipment, terminating CAT6 Ethernet cables, configuring routers, Wi-Fi networks, and hotspot systems, and troubleshooting connectivity issues. I also configured IP addressing, NAT, and bandwidth management, monitored network performance, responded to service outages, and collaborated with senior engineers to resolve complex technical problems. This experience strengthened my networking, technical troubleshooting, customer support, and field installation skills.
