What exactly is included in the Skool community setup?
The setup covers everything your community needs to go live properly, community branding, category creation, course upload & organisation, member onboarding flow, community rules & guidelines, pinned posts, & announcements, depending on your chosen package.
Do I need any technical experience to work with you?
None at all. You simply need an active Skool account and a clear vision for your community or course topic. I handle all the technical setup, course organisation, and community configuration from start to finish. You do not need to know how anything works behind the scenes, that is my job.
How long does the Skool community setup take?
Delivery depends on your chosen package, 3 days for the Starter package, 5 days for Growth, and 7 days for the Pro package. If your project has particular complexity or a larger course library, I will communicate that with you clearly before we begin so there are no surprises.
Can you upload and organise my existing course content?
Yes. If you already have course material, videos, PDFs, worksheets, or written lessons. I will upload them into your Skool community & organise them into a clear, logical structure that encourages members to progress through the content from start to finish rather than getting lost or overwhelmed.
What does the member onboarding process involve?
A proper onboarding flow includes a welcome post, a start-here guide, a pinned orientation message, & a clear pathway that tells new members exactly what to do when they join. This significantly reduces drop-off & increases early engagement, which Skool community owners face in their 1st few weeks.
Will you set up community guidelines and rules for my space?
Yes. Every community I build includes a professionally drafted set of community guidelines and rules tailored to your niche and tone. These protect your space, set the right expectations, and ensure members know what is and is not acceptable from the moment they arrive.
Do you offer ongoing Skool community management?
Yes, ongoing management is available as a separate or extended arrangement. This covers regular posting, member engagement, moderating discussions, managing announcements, monitoring activity, & keeping the community healthy & active over time.
What is Skool automation and do I need it?
Skool automation refers to setting up triggered actions within your community, such as automated welcome messages, membership level progressions, or drip content scheduling. It is particularly useful if you want to reduce the manual work of running your community day to day.
