What information do you need for me to get started?
After checkout, there will be an order form that will ask for additional information that will allow me to create the design you're looking for. It will ask for information like font preferences, phrases, colors, graphics (if applicable) as well as stylistic examples.
Can you design detailed t shirts?
Yes! I have experience designing for all kinds of t-shirt companies. I follow guidelines that are pretty universal, but ask that if you're printer has specific requirements, that you include them with your order.
What counts as a revision?
Revisions are adjustments/tweaks to the delivered concept. This can be colors, positioning, size, minor font updates and other requests that can be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Redesigns, phrase changes and graphic changes are NOT covered under my revision policy.
I had a previous order with you, can you please do another revision?
I will not do additional revisions on orders that have been marked complete. You must order an additional gig to do revisions on completed orders.
What size and resolution are the files?
All JPGs and PNGs are exported on a 12"x18" art board or 4500px x 5400px at 300 DPI which is perfect for printing. I create all my files in Illustrator, so if you purchase source files, they will be scalable to any size you need.
Do I need a file to print? And what is the source file?
The PNG files will have the transparent background you need to print. The source file is that you can modify it at any time. Which will leave it as a backup for you.
