I shadow working sessions with your team and provide feedback on session delivery along with any outputs:

What exactly can you provide feedback on?
Whatever is seen during the session and what I feel can be improved: - Facilitation - Artefacts - Team dynamics - Communication online - Product practices - Agile practices
Why asynchronously?
- You don’t pay for false starts as I only review sessions that have gone ahead - No need to interrupt a natural flow by introducing me - I avoid questions and interventions as I get a chance to replay - I can more reliably deliver feedback within the SLA since it’s easier to manage my schedule
How is the feedback delivered?
I’ll record a video message sharing my overarching comments. I’ll also provide a Google Doc with written comments along with screenshots and references as needed. (depending on the package)
Can I ask questions?
Yes, I’m happy to answer a sensible number of follow-up questions in the Google doc and/or in the video thread. (depending on the package)
