What platforms do you support?
We primarily work with WordPress and WooCommerce but also support Shopify and other CMS platforms. If you are unsure, just ask before ordering.
Do you offer one-time fixes or only monthly plans?
Our maintenance plans are monthly. For one-time fixes or urgent issues, feel free to send a message and we will discuss the best option for you.
What happens if something breaks on my website?
We monitor your site continuously. If something goes wrong we are on it before you even notice. Priority response is included in Business and Enterprise plans.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No contracts. You can cancel anytime. We do offer discounts for 3 and 6 month commitments for clients who want to lock in savings.
Can you maintain a website you did not build?
Absolutely. We take on websites built by anyone. We will do a quick audit first to understand the setup and flag any existing issues before we start.
