Sobre este Serviço
Your Jira is either empty or a graveyard nobody trusts the board, so
status lives in someone's head.
I set it up the way teams that actually ship use it: issue types your team
recognizes, a workflow with no dead ends, and a sprint board that matches
how you work.
One-time setup, not ongoing ticket management I configure it, hand it
over working, your team runs it from day one.
By package:
Basic Jira project, issue types, workflow, ready-to-use sprint board.
Standard + Confluence connected to Jira, epic/story templates, 2
dashboards (sprint overview, team workload).
Premium + velocity and occupancy reports, and a 45-min live
walkthrough so your team runs it solo.
Note: you need an active Jira (and Confluence, for Standard/Premium)
subscription before we start I configure your existing account, I don't
buy the license.
Send your team size and current tools and I'll tell you exactly what you
need.

Perguntas frequentes
Do you manage my tickets after the setup?
No, this is a one-time setup. I configure the project, workflow, and boards, then hand them over fully working. Your team runs it from there.
I already have a Jira project. Can you fix it instead of starting from scratch?
Yes. Send me admin access or a screen-share walkthrough of your current setup, and I'll tell you what to keep and what to rebuild.
What do you need from me to start?
Admin access to your Jira (and Confluence, for Standard/Premium), your team size, and how you currently track work even if the answer is "we don't."
Can I upgrade mid-project if I started with Basic?
Yes, just message me and we'll adjust the order.
Do I need to already use Scrum or Kanban?
No. Tell me how your team actually works and I'll configure Jira to match — not the other way around.
Do I need to already have a Jira account?
Yes, you (or your company) need an active Jira subscription before we start. I configure and set up your existing account; I don't purchase Atlassian licenses on your behalf.
