What do you need from me to get started?
I'll need your logo, your brand copy, plus photos and descriptions of your products. If you don't have a logo or visual identity yet, no worries, I can also design that for you as part of the project.
How long does it take to deliver a complete store?
The Basic package takes 3 days, Standard 5 days, and Premium 7 days from our discovery call. Rush delivery may be available on request.
Are Shopify subscriptions and apps included in the price?
No. My fee covers design and development. Shopify's monthly subscription and any paid apps are billed directly by Shopify/the app provider, so you stay in full control of those accounts.
What happens if I'm not happy with the first design draft?
Every package includes revisions (2 on Basic, 4 on Standard, unlimited on Premium). We refine the design together until it matches your vision before moving to development.
Do you provide training on managing the store after delivery?
Yes. Every project ends with a short handover session showing you how to update products, orders and content, so you're fully independent from day one.
Can I order directly, or do I need to message you first?
For Basic and Standard, feel free to order directly, I'll message you within 1 hour to kick off. For the Premium package, message me first so we can scope your custom ecosystem together.
