I work part time with Adobe Inc. as a Digital Content Designer, supporting the creation and formatting of ebooks, downloadable guides, workbooks, reports, and other digital resources used for marketing and educational content. A large part of my role is taking written material and turning it into something people can actually enjoy reading. I work through the content section by section, deciding how information should be arranged, where visual breaks are needed, and how to make longer pages easier to scan without losing important details. My projects often include ebook covers, chapter openers, table of contents pages, educational layouts, checklists, worksheets, callout sections, and closing pages. I also work on existing documents that need to be cleaned up or redesigned. This can involve reorganizing inconsistent pages, improving typography, adjusting spacing and alignment, replacing outdated visual elements, and bringing the overall document into line with the intended brand style. For each project, I pay close attention to the audience and purpose of the resource. A lead magnet needs to communicate quickly and encourage action, while a workbook needs enough structure and breathing room for someone to complete the exercises comfortably. An educational ebook, on the other hand, needs a clear reading flow that keeps the information organized from beginning to end. I collaborate with content and marketing teams, work from established brand guidelines, and make revisions based on project feedback. I also prepare final files for digital delivery, including clickable links and interactive PDF elements where required. This experience has strengthened my ability to combine strong visual presentation with practical document structure, while working efficiently within real project requirements and deadlines.
