Sobre mim
Hi! I have a BA in Buddhist Psychology and Mental Health from the University of Toronto, plus 10+ years of daily Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Tao Calligraphy, and meditation. This routine keeps me grounded, patient, and fully present.
This is a private, judgment-free space where you can let your guard down. I am here to listen carefully, not to give advice (unless you request) or rush you.
My goal is to help you find your own clarity and walk away feeling a bit lighter.
Whether you are dealing with something heavy or just need to vent, I would be glad to connect with you!

Follow-up session with Fiona was positive and helpful, as expected. The notion of expectations being exceeded is not applicable because she is just as stated in the bio. Calm, collected, and professional.
