Do I receive the native Revit .rvt source file?
Yes. Every package — Basic, Standard, and Premium — includes your fully unlocked native .rvt source file at no extra cost. There are no unlock fees, no source file extras to purchase. You receive full ownership on delivery.
What information do I need to provide before ordering?
Your 2D CAD (.dwg) files, PDF blueprints, or scanned sketches. Also specify the Revit version your team uses (2021–2025), the required LOD standard, and any office BIM template or family naming protocol you follow.
What is the difference between LOD 200 and LOD 300?
LOD 200 is a schematic massing model — correct geometry and spatial layout, suitable for early design approval and planning. LOD 300 is fully detailed: accurate wall assemblies, door and window schedules, structural slabs, and annotated sheet sets ready for building permit submission.
Can you match my office BIM standards and naming conventions?
Yes. Provide your BIM Execution Plan (BEP), a sample template file, or a naming protocol document and I will align the model to your office standard before delivery — including view naming, sheet numbering, and family structure.
Do you handle large commercial or multi-storey projects?
Standard packages cover residential and small commercial work up to 2,500 sq ft. For multi-storey commercial buildings, message me with your total floor count and gross area before ordering. Large-scope projects receive a custom quote so timing and deliverables are agreed upfront.
What if I find an issue after delivery?
Every delivery includes a 72-hour audit window. If you identify broken constraints, overlapping geometry, or incorrectly mapped components within 72 hours of receiving your files, I resolve the issue within 24 hours at no additional charge.
Which Revit versions do you support?
I work across Revit 2021 through Revit 2026. Specify your version at the time of ordering and I'll save the native .rvt to the correct file format so your team can open it immediately.
