Basic covers one web map and one configured app using up to 5 supplied, ready-to-use layers. Standard covers one agreed Experience Builder or Dashboard workflow and one field form. Custom development covers one agreed widget, tool or application component.
You receive configured content, documentation and source code for custom components developed for your order. ArcGIS licences, credits, extensions and hosting are your costs. Availability depends on your ArcGIS version and licences.

What do I receive at handover?
You receive the configured ArcGIS content, agreed documentation and source code for custom components developed for your order. Standard ArcGIS apps are configured within your organisation. We agree ownership, licences and handover requirements before starting.
Do I need my own ArcGIS licence?
Yes. The work is done in your ArcGIS Online or Enterprise organisation. I will tell you before we start if a feature needs an extra licence or credits.
Can you migrate our Web AppBuilder apps?
Yes. I rebuild them in Experience Builder, keeping your layers, widgets and workflows, and I can also move Workforce and AppStudio apps to Field Maps.
Do you write ArcPy scripts and Python toolboxes?
Yes, plus ArcGIS API for Python automation for publishing, data updates and administration tasks.
Do you work with ArcGIS Enterprise on-premise?
Yes, including Portal content, map and feature services, and custom Experience Builder widgets deployed to your Enterprise.
