I am Ori, a seasoned real estate professional with over 12 years in commercial real estate and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Duke University. My experience encompasses all asset classes with an emphasis on multifamily, retail, SFR, and tiny homes development. I have been involved in multiple transactions and DD and underwritten myriad transactions. I assist small to medium owners, developers, and investors in securing debt and issuing the required documents and financials that lenders request. I underwrite properties and build proformas that provide visibility and assist my clients in evaluating business decisions. In addition, I'm involved in all facets of equity raising including creating slide deck presentations, partnership agreements, returns distribution (waterfall), and general counseling. I have access to multiple real estate software such as Argus, Costar, John Burns where I extract data such as precedent transactions, demographics comparable assets, and much more. My strong suit is advising and assisting developers, Sponsors, and syndicators kick start, create business models and scale up their operations.
