Rapid Triage $125
Up to one hour diagnosing one urgent server, Azure or web application hosting issue, with findings and recommended next steps.
Incident Resolution $395
Up to three hours diagnosing and resolving one agreed operational incident across up to two connected systems.
Complex Recovery $795
Up to six hours investigating a complex or multi-system incident, including remediation, incident documentation and basic monitoring.

Can you begin immediately?
Please message me before ordering. I will review the symptoms and confirm my availability and the appropriate package. One-day delivery does not guarantee an immediate response.
Do you guarantee that the problem will be fixed?
No responsible engineer can guarantee recovery before diagnosing the environment. Your package purchases a defined amount of investigation and remediation time. If the issue cannot be resolved, you will receive findings and recommended next steps.
Do you repair application source code?
I troubleshoot infrastructure, hosting, configuration, deployment, runtime and logging problems. I can identify suspected code-related faults for your developer, but source-code development is not included.
Can you support a datacentre environment?
Yes, where the affected servers, virtualisation platform or management systems can be accessed remotely. Physical cabling, hardware replacement and on-site work are not included.
Can you troubleshoot production systems?
Yes, subject to appropriate authorisation, backups and an agreed maintenance or rollback plan. High-risk changes will not be made without approval.
Do you use AI tools?
AI-assisted tools may be used to help analyse logs, documentation and configuration. I do not deploy unvalidated AI-generated application-code changes into production.
What happens after the issue is resolved?
I can provide a monitoring assessment and Checkmk onboarding to help detect recurrence. Ongoing monitoring and support are available separately.
