I will give a fast typing method or create form design
I once worked in a notary's office, can make forms for fast typing. I also received a design order / made a form in WORD so it could be used with EXCELL.

Type faster, using only the combination of EXCELL and WORD programs. As an illustration, before I can type 10 documents, after using this method I can type 20 documents.

The difference in typing speed with WORD directly, compared to using EXCELL can be illustrated in the table below:
Type directly using WORD
1. Type directly in WORD without using the form.
2. Cannot use formula.
3. Printing is slow because there is a gap from one document to the next.
4. Typing speed of 10 document
Type using EXCELL and WORD
1. Type on EXCELL first and channel it to WORD. Using forms will print documents much faster.
2. Can use formula.
3. Printing a document continuously is faster than printing one document, pausing and printing the next document.
4. Typing speed of 20 documents
This method, Can be used by all offices that require typing, such
as Notary Offices, Lawyers, Leasing, payroll systems, Bills, Notifications and
others
