I ran my own ecommerce and fulfilment business for 3 years (HK$10M+ revenue in year one) and now build automations for small businesses.
I run a flight-deal site of my own: it scrapes Google Flights daily and has run unattended for months, serving 2-3k visitors a month.
What I build: Shopify API integrations, scheduled scrapers and lead lists (Python, Playwright), and Claude Code / AI agents that take over the step you still do by hand.
