For the past 7+ years I've worked 1-on-1 with men and women across the world who are dealing with the same invisible walls approach anxiety, people pleasing, shyness, self-doubt, fear of rejection, and the quiet but constant feeling that something is fundamentally wrong with them. None of that is who they are. It's what they learned. And what was learned can be unlearned. My methodology is root-cause emotional patterns work. I don't give techniques to manage symptoms. I go to the origin of the pattern the emotional conclusions formed in childhood or early experience and work with clients to dissolve them from the inside out.
