gave me a file that after many failed attempts still did not work-- never actually fixed it. this seller has admitted to not being a CAD designer but sourcing the work. It has been weeks and he keeps pretending to fix it and it is still not a working file. Took my money and wont refund it.

terrible experience. seller ignored all messages regarding fixing a poorly made CAD file.

seller created an incomplete design that I was unable to create a mold from. he then proceeded to delay any repairs for over a week and then sent the file again incomplete. I paid him for this job and marked it complete before testing it which means he got paid and I got nothing.

seller repeatedly sent unusable STL files and avoided fixing anything-- sending incomplete work that is not even able to be made into a mold. I accepted the job and so he was paid and I have no recourse to have him fix it-- he has avoided responsibility and the only thing I was able to do is leave this review.
