Lakonia Imports LLC (Now TRULY GREEK) Klaviyo | Smile.io | Seal Subscriptions | Store Locator | Shopify Migration | SMM Lakonia Imports sells authentic Greek olives and olive oil — sourced directly from their family grove in Lakonia, Greece— to customers across Texas. When I came on board, they had no real digital presence. Every sale depended on physical events, which was costly, exhausting, and impossible to scale. My job was to build the digital engine they were missing. ✅ Shopify Migration Their store was running on WP WooCommerce — functional, but limiting their growth potential. I helped them migrate fully to Shopify, giving them a faster, more reliable, and scalable foundation to build on. ✅Klaviyo — Email & SMS Marketing I built everything from scratch. List setup, audience segmentation, and full-automation flows and Monthly Campaigns to Engaged Subscribers with the Brand. Klaviyo grew to generate 45%+ of their total revenue consistently. ✅ Smile.io — Customer Loyalty I integrated a loyalty program to give customers a real reason to return. Points, rewards, and recognition turned one-time buyers into repeat customers and built a genuinely loyal community around the brand. Seal Subscriptions — Recurring Revenue ✅ Seal Subscriptions: I set up a subscription program so customers could auto-receive their favorites on a schedule, converting single purchases into reliable, recurring revenue. ✅ Store Locator — Online Meets In-Store I integrated a store locator so online visitors could easily find Lakonia products at nearby physical locations, connecting their digital presence to their real-world retail footprint. ✅ Social Media I strengthened their social presence to grow brand awareness, tell their authentic Greek story, and drive new visitors into the sales funnel. The outcome was clear — online sales grew, event dependency dropped, and customers kept coming back. A family brand with a great product finally had the digital foundation it deserved.
