Designed custom PCBs for underwater ROV deployment, including a regulated 12V→5V Power Distribution Board with overcurrent/short-circuit protection and a central control PCB integrating IMUs, pressure sensors, and motor controllers with improved signal integrity. ROV Communication Interface Development: Upgraded ROV communication from half-duplex RS485 to full-duplex UDP over ESP32,for onshore–offshore control, enabling real-time sensor acquisition with deterministic low-latency communication
