Do you need access to my Shopify store?
Yes, I will need collaborator access to your Shopify store and access to your Elevar account. I will guide you on exactly how to grant this safely. I never ask for your login credentials directly.
How do I know the fix actually worked?
Every order includes test results and event validation. I will show you exactly what was broken, what was fixed, and provide validation screenshots proving events are firing correctly in Meta Events Manager, Google Ads, or TikTok Events Manager.
Do I need an active Elevar subscription?
Yes, an active Elevar plan is required. I work within your existing Elevar setup — I do not provide or resell Elevar subscriptions.
What information do I need to provide?
Shopify collaborator access, Elevar account access, and access to the ad platform accounts affected (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads Manager).
Can you fix issues caused by other apps conflicting with Elevar?
Yes, GTM conflicts and third-party app interference are some of the most common Elevar issues and are covered in the Standard and Premium packages.
What if you can't fix my issue?
Before you order, message me first describing your issue. I will tell you honestly if I can fix it. If I take your order and cannot resolve it, you will receive a full refund — no questions asked.
