What do I need to send you?
Your store URL, a screenshot or short Loom of the problem, and what changed right before it broke (theme update, new app, another developer). Click Request to Order, send those three things, and I reply with a fixed price for your case, usually within the hour.
Are there any limitations to the types of bugs you can fix?
I can fix a wide range of design and functionality issues within your Shopify theme. However, some limitations apply when it comes to bugs caused by third-party apps. In those cases, the solution may depend on the app developer.
How fast can you fix a bug?
Timelines vary based on the package chosen and the complexity of the bugs. Most small bugs can be fixed within 24-48 hours. Urgent fixes are possible with express delivery – just let me know your timeline.
Will I get support after the bug is fixed?
Yes. I offer short-term post-fix support in case the issue reoccurs or you have related questions. I stand by my work and want you to feel confident.
Do you only fix bugs, or can you also suggest improvements?
I’m happy to do both! While fixing bugs, I might spot areas where your store could be cleaner, or more user-friendly – and I’ll gladly share those insights with you.
