I will write python tool or tools set for Autodesk Maya to streamline your workflow. It can be as simple as select object base on certain type naming convention or as complicate as apply shaders on different object, set up renderlayer with different settings on each renderlayer and etc. I do like to write python scripts and I'm a Technical Lighting and Compositing artist so I do this all the time to support my team in various way to fix technical issues or enhance lighting pipeline in Autodesk Maya by automate some process.
