- The double sided package from this gig is only for double sided designs (2 pages). This doesn't mean double sided bi-folds or tri-folds.
- Max size for a flyer is 8,5x 11 (for bigger sizes, please contact me!)
- Each purchased package is for only one design/size.

🎈What does a double sided design mean?
From the beginning of the project, we will discuss your needs and design ideas. Once we have everything sorted, i will start working on your project. After the revisions rounds, if you are still not happy, we can adjust the design until it pleases you or, i can send you a full refund
🎈What info do i need to provide to receive a fantastic project?
From the beginning of the project, we will discuss your needs and design ideas. I will need the complete text, grammar checked, images if you want something specific (or i can use stock images) and, if possible, 1-2 example flyers that you like so i can see the design style to use
🎈What format are the source files
I work in professional graphic design software so the source files will be for adobe photoshop (.PSD) or adobe InDesign (.INDD). Please discuss this with me if you have any preference. Please note that I don't work in word or PowerPoint
🎈What if i don't like your work?
From the beginning of the project, we will discuss your needs and design ideas. Once we have everything sorted, i will start working on your project. After the revisions rounds, if you are still not happy, we can adjust the design until it pleases you or, i can send you a full refund
🎈How soon should i expect my project to be delivered?
The standard delivery time is 4 days. I usually do my best to deliver sooner than the deadline but, this depends on how many active projects i have in front of yours. There is always the extra option for fast delivery (+$20) in my gig that ensures 24h delivery time

Colaboração contínuavery bad experience. He was in a rush to deliver and said he will make changes after he delivers but was not responsive anymore. ideally i would like to cancel this nightmarish experience and get a refund!
