What access do you need?
Usually WordPress admin access is enough. For server-side, PHP, database, file or critical errors, hosting or cPanel access may also be required.

For changes that carry risk, I prefer a backup-first approach. If your hosting does not provide backups, I may request access to create one.
Can you fix multiple issues in one order?
Yes. Send me the complete issue list first and I will confirm whether the Standard, Premium or a custom offer is the best fit.
How fast can you fix the issue?
Small issues can often be completed quickly, but delivery depends on the cause, access and complexity. The package time starts after all required access is received.
Do you redesign full websites in this gig?
This gig is mainly for troubleshooting and repair. A full redesign or rebuild can be handled through a separate custom offer.
