I have professional experience in the IT and ISP (Internet Service Provider) field, with hands-on experience in fiber optic network operations, network installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and infrastructure support. My responsibilities include fiber network planning and design, site surveys, link-budget preparation, Ethernet connectivity, and new POP/DC/DR installation and shifting. I have practical experience working with OLT, ONU, routers, switches, media converters (MC), SFP modules, and other network equipment, as well as using OTDR, OPM, and fiber splicing machines for testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance. I also work with Google Maps and Google Earth for network mapping and planning. My experience includes coordinating with clients, vendors, field teams, and site personnel, monitoring technical data sheets, identifying network issues, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring assigned transmission and connectivity tasks are completed efficiently. I am familiar with both the technical and field level aspects of ISP network operations.
