AI can write a children's book quickly, but that doesn't mean it's good. While it may have the appearance of quality, it often lacks in humanness, flow, or humor. LLMs also tend to write in the same way, which makes books written by them easy to spot. A court case in the United States has also said that books written by AI cannot be covered under a copyright. You will only be able to retain the copyright of your book if it's rewritten under the premium tier.
I cannot guarantee that books edited with the basic tier or standard tier will pass an AI check. Under the premium tier, though, I will personally ensure that it passes the Pangram AI check as 100% human written.
