I founded Selfcare Karen in 2020. As a skincare coach, certified EFT practitioner, and meditation guide, I'm dedicated to empowering women with their self-care.     The meditation delivered is absolutely amazing, I’m so happy with the quality of this. She really went above and beyond but to make this order even more impressive my order was delivered within an hour and a half of placing the it. I’m so impressed.
