Was contracted by Redlands News’ content team to help set up their Ghost platform and create a signup system for growing their newsletter audience. Redlands News already had content but struggled to capture readers and turn them into subscribers. My role was to set up their Ghost site properly and create optimized signup forms that would convert visitors into email subscribers. I configured the Ghost setup, designed clean signup forms, and placed them strategically across the site to capture attention and encourage signups. Within a few months, they saw a steady increase in subscribers, improved conversion rates, and built a growing email list they could use to reach readers directly.
