I am a Senior Technical Support Engineer for digital platforms (Whale Cloud) with an IT/BSS project management background (WOM Chile). I handle REST API integrations, Postman QA, incident RCA, and transactional monitoring.
I also build the tools support teams use on shift: Python/FastAPI AI agents with tool calling, natural-language database assistants, and OpenSearch log/tracing consoles. The model never writes raw SQL or shell — it selects a closed tool; the backend executes with guardrails.
