I provide Navisworks clash detection, BIM coordination, and 4D construction simulation for architectural, structural, and MEP models.
Depending on the selected package, I can coordinate BIM models, identify and classify clashes, link construction schedule activities to model elements using Navisworks TimeLiner, and create a visual 4D construction sequence.
Services may include:

What files do you accept?
I can work with Revit, IFC, NWC, NWF, and NWD files. Please contact me before ordering if your files use another format.
Do you fix the clashes in Revit?
The standard service identifies, classifies and documents clashes in Navisworks. Revit model modifications are not included unless specifically agreed before ordering. I can provide clear clash locations and coordination information for the design teams to resolve them.
Can you create a 4D TimeLiner simulation?
Yes. A basic 4D TimeLiner simulation video is available as an extra service. The client must provide a construction schedule or enough activity information to link the model elements.
What will I receive in the final delivery?
Depending on the selected package, you may receive a PDF report, Excel clash list, screenshots, and the Navisworks NWF or NWD file.
Do you create the construction schedule?
This Gig primarily links and coordinates an existing schedule with the BIM model. If you need a new detailed construction schedule developed in Microsoft Project, please contact me before ordering so I can provide the appropriate service or custom offer.
What is required for a 4D simulation?
A usable BIM model and construction schedule are required. The model should contain enough organization to associate model elements with schedule activities. I will review the files before starting complex 4D projects.
Do you provide planned versus actual progress tracking?
Yes, when included in the agreed scope and when actual progress or status-date information is provided. I can configure the 4D model for planned-versus-actual visual tracking, but continuous project monitoring is not included in a single order.
What is considered a revision?
A revision includes reasonable adjustments within the originally agreed models, schedule and coordination scope. New model revisions, additional disciplines, major schedule changes or additional coordination requirements may require an extra or custom offer.
