Since February 2026, Shopify's new customer accounts are mandatory for all stores and the old Liquid templates can no longer be edited the traditional way. The only path to custom features is Customer Account UI Extensions.
I build these extensions for you: metafield displays, reorder buttons, subscription panels, return portals, custom profile fields, and more built natively with Shopify's official extension framework and deployed via Shopify CLI.

What exactly are Customer Account UI Extensions?
They are the official Shopify way to add custom features to your account pages (order list, order status, profile) since the old Liquid-based accounts were replaced in February 2026.
Do I need Shopify Plus for this?
No. Customer Account UI Extensions work on all Shopify plans. B2B-specific features require Plus, but standard customizations like loyalty displays, reorder buttons, or profile fields do not.
How do I know which package I need?
Message me before ordering — I'll ask a few quick questions and tell you exactly which tier fits your use case. Most projects are Display or Integrated; Premium is for multi-API or full-page builds.
Can you integrate with my existing loyalty or subscription app?
Yes, as long as the app exposes an API. Common integrations include loyalty programs, Recharge subscriptions, Loop returns, and review platforms. Share the app name and I'll confirm before you order.
Which pages can you add extensions to?
Order Index (account home), Order Status, Profile page, the account footer, and fully new pages via full-page extensions. I'll recommend the best target for your use case.
Will this affect my current theme or checkout?
No. Customer Account UI Extensions are completely separate from your Liquid theme and checkout. They run in their own sandboxed environment and won't interfere with any other part of your store.
Do you submit the extension to the Shopify App Store?
No. Extensions are deployed privately to your store via Shopify CLI — no app listing or review process required. The extension only runs on your store and is not publicly distributed.
How is the extension deployed to my store?
Using Shopify CLI. I handle the full build and deployment. You then place the extension in your desired position via the customer accounts editor in Shopify Admin — I'll walk you through it.
What do you need from me to get started?
Collaborator access to your Shopify store, a clear description of what you want built, and — if connecting a third-party service — its API documentation or access credentials.
Can you build a completely new page inside customer accounts?
Yes — full-page extensions create entirely new routes within customer accounts. This is part of the Premium package and ideal for loyalty hubs, dashboards, or B2B ordering portals.
