Hello, I’m Seann. I own Japancierge, a concierge company in Japan for all of your travel needs.
Before starting Japancierge, I worked as an E-Commerce Manager in Tokyo, a professional photographer, and tour guide. We work 10am-6pm JST, Monday - Friday. If you contact me outside of that time, please be patient. It might take me 24 hours to reply. Please ignore my "online" status. My computer is online all the time, so it may show me as online when I am not actually online.

I found the user interface of the platform a little confusing at a key point—delivery approval. Two message channels allowed me to err—MY ERROR—in requesting a delivery edit in the wrong place, jeopardizing the booking.

Got SV league tickets to the match I really wanted to go to with my friends thanks to their help. It was sold out at first but we got standing tickets a few days later once it reopened and I contacted them again for help. Will order tickets again with their help for sure!

It's not easy leaving Japan and all the wonderful Japanese things behind, but this service meant I could still get something that I really wanted, despite being home in another country. It is expensive all in (fees etc), but the seller's communication was great and it gave me the confidence to proceed...
