How many drawings are included in each package?
Each package includes 1 drawing, if your project requires multiple plans, these must be quoted individually. Please send me a message to confirm the number of drawings required.
What information do you need to create architectural drawings?
To create accurate architectural drawings and floor plans, please provide measurements, surveys, sketches, PDFs, or reference images. Clear input ensures your AutoCAD drawings are produced correctly and helps avoid revisions.
How many revisions are included?
Each order includes up to 3 revisions at no extra cost. Revisions cover minor adjustments such as dimensions, labels, linework, or layout alignment within the original brief.
Do these packages include design?
The packages are created only for the redrawing and development of plans as per your direction. This includes converting drawings from sketches, surveys, existing PDF's or DWG's (anything you have available with measurements).
If I require a custom design, what process should I follow?
If you require design, please write to me first so we can discuss your project, understand it in detail, and quote you a custom offer. The price will vary depending on the complexity, size and number of plans required.
What is not included in revisions?
Revisions do not include new layouts, design changes, added rooms, or changes caused by incorrect measurements. These fall outside the original scope and may require a custom offer.
Are the drawings suitable for planning permission?
Yes, the architectural drawings are produced to scale and suitable for planning applications, landlord submissions, and property use. Final approval depends on local planning authority requirements, which should be confirmed before ordering.
