Shawn has worked in health and fitness since being certified as a personal trainer in 2006. In 2012, he graduated with a Master's in Exercise Science and opened his own personal training studio and corporate boot camp. In a continuous search for the best health and fitness information Shawn found his true passion in holistic health and fitness. This search has uncovered many areas of health including functional movement, functional lab work, holistic nutrition, self care, and health coaching.
