This boy is extremely poor at understanding things. Whenever something is explained to him, he doesn't grasp it, does things his own way, and doesn't complete the tasks given to him properly. He doesn't even reply to messages and sends the work back as done on his own, without following instructions. Additionally, he is not professional at all.
