You may be working against the clock to get all your work done. Maybe you haven't been able to achieve all that you wanted by now. No matter how many 12-plus-hour days you put in, you may be asking yourself "Can I really do this?"
It's difficult when you don't feel on top of things even though you're trying all the methods, hacks, and putting in long hours. Despite our best intentions to commit to routines and habits to be more productive, we frequently fail.
I am here to help! For more than 10 years I've been doing Talent Development and personal growth coaching. It's easy to notice the patterns of behavior that keep people from performing at their best.
I help busy professionals get better at building habits, developing self-awareness & discipline and improving performance.

What is my background and qualification?
I'm a certified Erickson Professional Coach and a certified Life Coach. I'm on a life-long journey of helping people be at their best. I've spent 10+ years doing talent development in corporate and have been building my coaching practice for over 5 years.
Why would you work with an accountability coach?
People choose to hire coaches because they want to do more tomorrow than they can do today. They want to improve their output and see more growth, and they want to do those things quickly and to the best of their ability.
What can I do for you?
As a coach, I can help you build routines and systems to reach your peak performance in areas like: - Identifying goals and a vision for success - Honoring commitments to yourself and others - Breaking limiting beliefs - Obtaining work/life balance - Prioritizing and executing
