I can provide a wide range of documents that can be required for certain planning applications.
When submitting a planning application & you are within a Conservation Area or near to a Listed Building, or your property is a Listed Building, you will need a Heritage Statement. I can provide this for you ensuring the application can then be validated.
Design & Access Statement - these are required for new houses, commercial projects & generally larger/ complex projects.
Surface Water Drainage Assessment - these are a new requirements, some councils request them now.
Climate Change/ Sustainability Statement - this document can be requested for even small home extensions and some councils request them now with every application.
All documents are guaranteed to be accepted by the local authority & should any changes be requested by the Planning Officer, I will provide these free of charge.
