I'm a fitness coach who's passionate about helping others achieve their ideal physique and or fitness/training goals. My number one goal is to educate and help as many people possible by living a balanced lifestyle that focuses on clean/healthy eating and exercise so we can extend our days with our loved ones. I enjoy the weight room as well as swimming, biking, and running. I have 13 years of training and dieting experience.
