What is considered one (1) line of code?
The following will be considered as one (1) line of code: - each time you use a semicolon (";") - each time you use a equal sign ("=") - each time you use a function (nested function calls will count a multiple lines)
Which Matlab Toolboxes?
The Matlab code to translate must use only the basic Matlab API (no additional toolboxes). The reason is that some toolbox's functions have a very high level of abstraction with hidden implementation. These are a project by themselves to translate (can be very time consuming!).
